This website presents the Monte Carlo Yacht Charter project. Sending an enquiry does not create a booking, reserve a yacht or guarantee availability.
A charter is confirmed only when the yacht, owner or operator, date, price, inclusions, payment schedule and cancellation conditions have been provided and accepted in writing.
The contract and terms issued for the selected vessel take precedence over general information shown on this website. No vessel or condition is presented as confirmed until included in a written Monaco charter proposal.
Suggested itineraries are indicative. The captain and operator may change the departure point, timing, route or stops for safety, weather, port restrictions or local navigation rules.
Prices and payment methods are communicated in the written proposal. No payment should be made until the contracting operator and booking conditions have been identified.
Responsibilities, insurance, passenger limits and onboard rules are those stated in the selected vessel's charter agreement and applicable law.
The applicable law and jurisdiction will be identified in the written agreement for the selected yacht and operator.
